The workshop will provide you with shoes blanks in different sizes and colours, tools and the advice of leatherworker Madara, who will help you to create the neatly made pieces that we know Latvian traditional footwear by, which go perfectly with both folk costumes and modern wardrobes. Madara works daily in the ‘Natural Leather Workshop’, where scraps of leather get a second life and are used to create barefoot shoes, archery equipment and other individual orders. You will also be able to buy a ready-made pair of ‘pastalas’.
